Header and Menu with different colors

I would like to have my menu and header logo with different colors. This seems as though it would be easy to accomplish through the options menu, but when I change the colors for the menu, it does not show up.

Ok. Not sure if this is what you are trying to get but hope below css will be helpful because this is all we can do in this case:

#Top_bar .menu_wrapper { background: #FFF !important; width: 100%; }
.header-stack.header-center #Top_bar .logo { background: #000; }
