Menu doesn't show corresponding div when scrolling

Hi, I have a problem with the menu on my homepage.

When I click on an item it send me to the corresponding section, defined by an ID, as it should.

However, when I scroll the page, the bar below the items only indicate the corresponding item just for a brief moment, at the very start of the section, and then goes back immediately to the first item of the menu, as if the linked div would be really small in height.

I already have the "one page" option on in the page builder.

For example: here in your demo https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/itservice/ it works as it should

The Top Bar does have class 'loading'
Which means that some plugin could make the issue to top bar.
Please, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

I disabled all of the plugins and menu started to work.

Also, you have too many menu items, that's why your menu items are under the logo.

Thanks for the hint about the menu items, I'll check into that.
However here my menu stopped working and the white bar of the current item was stuck on the first one.

Any idea about which plugin could be the cause and how could I resolve it, apart from simply disabling the plugin?

Unfortunately, I do not know which plugin is it.

Please disable one by one and you will find the issued one.
