I need my blog posts to display fully, rather than just excerpts, but nothing I've tried will permit this. I need a full page of posts (maybe 5 posts per page) with pagination to advance through 5 posts at a time. Is is possible to display multiple full posts at a time?

Unfortunately, it's not possible.
But, you can increase your "Excerpt" length to the higher value. It's in Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog

Even if you'll attach whole text on the "wordpress editor", then it won't display whole post content.
