Sticky Menu Link Colour

How can I change the colour of the links in the sticky menu? At the moment, the links have the same colour (white) as they do on the menu. Because the menu is transparent, I need the links white. But when I scroll down, I want the links to be black because my nav bar is white.

There is a link between Home and Info but you can't see it as it's white. Blue is the colour when it's highlighted or on the page.

But why do I need custom css? Shouldn't there be a way to change this in the muffin builder?

The sticky menu colors are the same as the main menu, there is no setting in theme options for this, only custom css.
