I just updated to BeTheme 20.9.9. and now my muffin builder sections are gone. I have several websites and I am afraid to update them as well. Thank you.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. It could take some time to get this info to you. Is there a way for me to go back to theme version 20.9.8.3 until we figure out the issue? Have I lost all of my sections permanently? Thanks.
You have to contact your hosting provider and ask him about some backups. If he won't have any previous version of your website, then it's not possible. We do not have the tool to downgrade the BeTheme's version.
We'll contact you when the information you sent will come to us. Thanks
I am not sure if version 21.0 fixed my other pages, but now only my home page is missing the muffin builder sections. I was able to recreate my home page and I am fine with leaving it alone for now and hoping all stays intact for the next update. I have my site backed up but I may contact you if my home page sections disappear again. Thanks for all of your help!
