cant fix, beceause themeoptions dont save this section, i have tried on diff browsers, and dont even know, why and when it chance from default value (have this problem at start change this val. "If you are interested in Be|theme, do not wait and BUY IT NOW!")

We checked the WPML plugin with string translation on our test page and it works fine.
You most likely did not configure the plugin correctly, because you cannot change the language on your home page, please go through the setup process again, for more information visit this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/
Then, go to WPML String Translation plugin and choose "admin_betheme_text" (https://i.imgur.com/Vl1PFDP.png), there you will find your social links.
