Install pre-built website

I have a multisite installation and I want to install a pre-build website. We have activated SSL for the subsite.
URL: https://mediagarden.infoband.com

But when I try to install I get an error message: https://mediagarden.infoband.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2019/01/error.png

I have done this before without problem. Do you have any idea what the issue is?

Hi,

Looks like your domain is not registered or license key was already used
for another site. In such case, please de-register license under BeTheme > Dashboard section and then register again.

OK, I need licens for other sites in the network as well?

I cannot deregister the theme. I have a few other licenses I can use. I have purchased many licenses.

I get this messege:

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

With this tool you'll be able to deregister all license keys.

All of the themes on the envato market are under the same license,
details: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built
website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on
two domains.
The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register
unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is
registered under the same key.

Ok, then it should work. I have a purchased license for infoband.com

So for mediagarden.infoband.com it should work. The site works, but I cannot install a pre-build site.

If yes, please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and
send us a link to that file, your license key for that website, wordpress login credentials and link to that website privately thru the contact form which is on
the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we
can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your
license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is
probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we
need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit
