  We have to take a look on it because 'localhost' should work.

  If you cannot give us access to your website then our help will be limited.
  

  The
  only possible solution would be to copy the existing website to a
  temporary server so we can check it there.
  

  If you wish to do it this way, please deregister
  your theme first in the betheme dashboard. After you remove the copy
  from the temporary server, you can register it again.

  If you cannot send us any access where this problem appears, then our help will be limited.
  As I told you in the previous post, you can duplicate this website to the temporary server and then send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason
