Can't Update Theme

When I try to update my BeTheme, it says "Updated Failed: The Package Could Not Be Installed".

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Please deregister and register your license key on your website through BeTheme > Dashboard.
Then try to update your theme like 3-4 times.
It should work.

Also, is your website start with the letter "W" ?

When I try to deregister it says ->

We have deregistered the key from our databas, you can now deregister it from your betheme dashboard and register it again.
