Theme not working properly in Safari

Hi,

I have created a website using the Be theme and it works as expected in
chrome, IE and Edge however on Safari in IPAD and iPhone it acts strange as it
doesn't behave as expected and closes immediately. Also there is some issue
with the Fonts. I used Gotham Book and Gotham Black and it was working fine until
yesterday. However now it seems to have defaulted to Arial.

Can you please respond to this with a solution ASAP.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Hi,

The problem could come from the frameset and this customization can make such problems.

Please turn it off/disable and check if the issue still exists.

Hi I am facing another issue with updating the Theme. It says there is an update for the BETHEME but when I try to update I get this messge

"Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=c161af6e-2f73-4e58-8bed-279e41e4bdc6…

Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

My wordPress version is version 5.0.3

Please let me know how to resolve this.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Hi I checked that tool and it shows the correct details. I have two licenses and both of them are on the correct domains. I do not see any duplications. This update fail is another issue I think

Does your domain name starts with letter "W" ?

We had a problem with these domains recently.

Also, please deregister and register your license on this website and then try to update the theme like 3-4 times.

Hi Can you please look at the let me know how I can center the videos on my homepage??

If you notice you will see that it currently make it look like the videos are left aligned as ther eis more white space on the right hand side.

I do not see this problem.

Both of the videos are centered, did you solve the issue?

Also, please clear the cache of the browser.
