Portfolio linking to development site URL

We build websites on development URLs and then launch to their permanent URLs once the client approves the site. We launched https://ball-law.com but the portfolio (how we build the attorney pages) shows the development URL when you hover over the attorney images (see link below). Additionally, when you click on the attorney image, it sends the user to the development URL initially before redirecting to the correct URL.

The settings point to the correct URL and our IT provider states that this is a theme issue, not anything that have/or need to do.

Could someone assist?

Hover over an image and you'll see the development URL ballcriminal.trfrg.co opposed to ball-law.com.
Then click on an attorney image and watch as the redirect happens.

I figured this out, just by chance. In the website section on the development page, it listed the development URL as the page name.
