Menu in footer widget has transparany overlay, how to remove?

Hello,

please see here:

This is a menu, placed in an footer widget.

As you can see, the menu placed an dark transparent overlay. I mean 10% or so.

This looks not good for me.

How I can remove this transparent overlay? (custom CSS)
