Good Day,
Pleases assist,How do remove/minimize the spacing between the menu and submenu and also the space on top as displayed in screenshot below.

Hello,
you cannot because your logo is too big and it creates this space. Either insert a small logo or go to theme options>global>logo and set the overflow logo option.
