Hi,

1) Paste this code into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

.out-of-stock{
  display:none !important;
}

2) This comes from third-party plugin which we do not support.

Also, I do not see the grey background on product, did you solve it?

3) To edit it, you would have to edit theme files, but we do not support that.

You can disable it completely in Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General

and tick on the "Hide Header Arrows" option.

4) Paste this CSS into the Theme Options > Custom cSS & JS > CSS

.fixed-nav span.date{
  display:none !important;
}

5) It looks like this because it's outofstock.

Paste this CSS to make it fixed.

.outofstock img{
  opacity:1 !important;
}

As Can I see, the date is no more there.

Clear your cache and you'll see.

Did you tick on the "Hide Header Arrows" option ?

3. Those images have to be cropped, otherwise they will not be the same size. This is how wordpress manages images. If you want to change the size of the thumbnails go to the wordpress customizer and change the woocommerce image sizes and the crop options: http://prntscr.com/maz7m7

4. If you want to change the size of the footer icons then you would have to send us a link to your website. This is only changeable by css.

3. this does nothing - the images used where uploaded 1000 x 1000px. but still the bottom is cut off? You can see that if you click through and copy the image address to see original

Ok, I know why this is happening. Not all of your images are that large. If all the images are 1000px tall and you have one image that is 800, then all of the images will be 800. Please check all of your images again and upload larger files. Or just set the height to the max height of that image.

but all images uploaded are always 1000px? I've also sent you the logins on email for the footer social icons

You can use this css to enlarge the footer icons:

#Footer .footer_copy .social li a {
	font-size: 19px !important;
}

We now cannot log in to your website, it redirects us to a login page ( not the default one ) and it says that password and llogin are incorrect.
Did you regenerate thumbnails when changing the image sizes?

everyone else can log in ...... 3 VA's and other dev's so im not sure of the issue.....

Hey,

we logged in fine, thanks for your assistance.

We found out that you are using the 'slide from bottom' overlay effect when hovering over images. This will but off the image a little fromt he bottom, so it can slide up.

If you go to theme options>global>general you can change this effect under the "image frame" options.

yes they are. This is how the woocommerce plugin works. We do not change the functionality.
