Error updating WPBackery Page Builder (and BeTheme)

Hello,

I have a website with BeTheme v.20.9.5.8 and all pages created with WPBackery Page Builder.

I saw there was a new version and i tried to update it, but the update failed and now the plugin is disabled and i cannot activate it again (it said "Update Required"), leaving the website with all shotcodes visible.

Everytime i try to update it it says something like "The package can't be installed, the package does not contain any file".

I tried then to update BeTheme, but it fails showing the same error.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi, i found out that the licence was still used in the develope space, now i've fixed it.

Anyway some pages (like the homepage) still show shortcodes even if in the backoffice everything seems working nice (and the WPBackery plugin is active) and the preview shows the page correctly.
