Vimeo not showing in video block

Hi,

When I use the video player option in Muffin builder where you only need to put a link I'm receiving this error message when I try to play. Can you help?

An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: w4iTlxpQh_d5BiPj)

It also happens for YouTube links. I want to use the video option in the builder as I like the shape but I've had to resort embedding the link of the Vimeo which doesn't keep the size.

Hi,

Did you insert the ID of the video only?

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Thank you so much Pablo. I was not inserting video id correctly! Do you know how to make it the size you want? I can't seem to make the video frame square. The shape that the Muffin video frame offers prio to inserting the video id.

Hi Pablo, thanks, yes I've looked at both these but for some reason, the video still comes up as a rectangle shape. Vimeo people couldn't help with it either. We might just have to go rectangle!
