  Hi,

  Does this happen when the Child Theme will be switched to the Parent?

  Also disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

  Thanks for your answer. But the problem was another: Install a week ago the Avast antivirus in its free version for Mac, and its web shield, has some advanced options that I generated the slowness in the backend. Specifically, the options that you remove from the web shield were:

  • Activate IPv6
    
  • Analyze protected connections
    

  Now it runs like an airplane.
