Hi,

1) You have to contact the plugin's author.

We do not have option to change that.

2) Please paste this CSS into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

If the category still exists, can I move below the SKU? how is that?

All possible layouts of WooCommerce single product page are in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop, see the screen: http://prntscr.com/mjgx3r

If you don't see the option which satisfy you, then you have to edit theme files, but we do not support files customization.
