How to make background video NOT responsive

Hello, one question that I can't help myself.

I made Section as subheader with video background. But problem is, when it's on smaller displays it cuts video. It's too responsive.

I need to automaticly resize the video to see it always whole. Is it possible?

Hi,

To display the video in the header, we suggest using the Revolution Slider plugin.

It's easy to use and really simple to customize it later.

Yes I tried it with Revolution slider.

But it's not just a video. On different website I need the same thing (subheader with not responsive content/whole content) but with image.

I can show you, it's not working even with image:
