several problems after theme Betheme installation

Hi, I bought the theme and after installing it and entering the license, I have several problems with this:

- I can not import the demo data because the option is not available in the administration bar.

- it does not allow me to install the necessary plugins. If I click on the item "bundled plugins" the result is the following: "you do not have permission to access this page".

- Starting the installation of a pre-built websites, but after installation, I can not see the theme anywhere.

How should I do? How can I solve these problems? Waiting for an answer, I thank you in advance.

Hi,

Please be sure that your account on wordpress does have admin rights.

Also, please go to the Theme Options > Advanced and be sure that none of the Theme Options are disabled. All of them should be ticked off.

I disabled all of the plugins and everything started to work.

Please disable all of the plugins one by one and find the issued one, then get rid of him.

Unfortunately, part of the problems are still there. I can not get access to bundled plugins because it tells me I do not have permission.

Also, the old theme I had purchased had allowed me to use Revolution Slider which I had to deactivate as it went against BeTheme. But BeTheme does not allow me the new installation of the plugin that is free with the purchase of this theme.

How can I solve the problem?
