Hey,

1. We do not controll the scroll bar color, this must be your browser, please check on another one

2. Where do you want to add that line? You do not have any submenus on your page currently.

3. The footer height can be changed in theme options>footer by setting the padding values for the footer. This applies only for footer with widgets. The standard copytight footer height cannot be changed.

2) Did you remove that line?
I cannot find it. Can you enable it?

3) You can change the Copyright background color and color of the font in the Theme Options > Colors > Footer

But, it will change the whole footer - if you would like to change only the Copyright field, then you have to use the Custom CSS.
Can you do it, or you need help with it?

Okay, so both of these customizations have to be done with CSS.

Paste these codes into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

2)

nav#menu ul ul li:first-of-type{
	border-top:2px solid red !important;
}

3)

.footer_copy{
	background:blue !important;
}

.footer_copy .column{
	margin:0 auto !important;
	padding:0 !important;
}

It's not possible to controll the scroll bar color throught the HTML/CSS - it's cleary hard coded in the browser settings.
