Logo using header builder not appearing in desktop and mobile

Hello,

I am using header builder and am having trouble with the logo. The logo does not appear on desktop or mobile versions.

The url is: www.beita.com.gt

Any ideas?

The problem is resolved but now the header when scrolling down has a black background and the logo is not sticky, even after selecting "Sticky" in mobile. Please help me resolve this issue

Hi,

Does this happen when all of the plugins(without the header builder) are disabled?

Remember, to refresh your browser's cache after disabling plugins.

Should I disable all plugins except for header builder?

I have some plugins activated from the start, and also I added jQuery Smooth Scroll plugin...could this be causing a problem?

And remove cache?

Yes, please disable all of your plugins but the Header builder one. Then also disable any custom scripts and css. Finally clear your browser cache and check again.

We have to rule out those things before we continue. We do not see this issue on the theme installed without any modifications.

Hello,

I added the retina logo and it appears to be working.

Now, I have a problem in mobile.

There is a large space between the logo and the first image. I would like to have that extra space removed and show the image just below the logo.

I am happy with how it looks in desktop mode, but not happy with the mobile view. I have removed all padding and disabled parallax on mobile.

Any suggestions?
