Cannot Update Theme from 20.8.7 to 21.0.9 using BeTheme Dashboard Update Button

When attempting to update I get this:

Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I purchased 6 months support upgrade (yesterday Feb 22) from ThemeForest and it says both of my keys BeTheme Keys (I own 2) are valid for another 6 months. But the "Check license" link from the Theme dashboard says the key in expired. So, I de-registered and re-registered and it still says expired. I also tried downloading 21.0.9 from Themeforest and uploading but it won't allow theme to be uploaded over itself. I am hesitant to delete BeTheme and overwrite. How do I get update button to recognize the extended support license?

Additional info. I de-registered the key I was using and registered using other key. That key is NOT expired (probably because of purchase just made) but update button still not working and says update failed due to empty download.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Also, does your domain's name begins with the letter "W"?

1) I have used that link already. I mentioned this above. it is the same one you get to from the theme "check your licenses" link. It says that the purchase code I am using with (starts with) 5f7da684 for the domain www.iPhemeris.com is valid thru 2019-08-24.

2) I am trying to use that key with www.iPhemeris.com It is entered into the them Registration area and there are no other domains associated with ANY other BeTheme license.

And STILL I cant update. I get the empty file message. Please help me sort this out.

1,2) Please deregister these license codes through the BeTheme > Dashboard, then please check if these domains still appears in this tool I sent you in previous reply.

If not, please register these license keys and try to update your theme like 3-4 times.

I tried de-registering the key starting with 5f7da684-90b7- from the theme dashboard. Each time it no longer appeared in the tool you sent as registered.

Each time I re-register from the theme Dashboard and the tool u sent said it was a valid purchase code and that there is 7 months of support. Below is what I see, now please fix your bug. I need the update so I can get rid of that the WP 5.1 guttenburg crap.

Hey,

we got your message but you did not attach the license key. Please re-send the information again, but this time with a valid license key attached.

For security reasons we do not store the users license keys so we do not have it.

We disabled all of your plugins and it updated correctly.

Please, disable all of the plugins when you want to update your theme.

I do not remember which plugins did you have.

But I assume, it could be some 'protection' plugin.
