How are you? I don't know how to solve this error and why it happens.

I have attached a screen shot with the advisement.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

With your link I have seen that it's installed in the cluster, and I think the cluster is still activated. Could be this?

You mean that, this license key is used somewhere else?

If yes, please deregister it from that page and register the license key on your domian.

Hi Pablo,

I mean that I worked my website in the cluster of my hosting (in order to don't appear in the website until it would be finished) , and when I changed the domain to link to Javierfiz.com (my website) the theme gave me these problems.

Being helped with the hosting support, I changed the javierfiz.com link to the cluster another time, I entered in cluster and I deregister the hosting there. Later, I changed the domain to link to Javierfiz.com and registered the products but the problem persist. I don't understand nothing.

Fortunately, I updated the theme in the cluster before deregister and it worked, but I would like to update the theme without be changing the ftp of the website.

I hope you have a solution and you are able to understand me with my poor English.

Please deregister the license key from your main domain, then go to that tool included in that topic:
https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

Check if the key is used anywhere else, if it is, deregister it from all of the domains with that tool.
Then, register the license key on the website you want to have it registered and try to update your theme like 3-4 times.
Also, be sure that all of the plugins are disabled.
