Action Bar on Mobile changes color when scrolling down

Is there a way to fix the action bar text on the header from changing to black when you scroll down?

Hi,

Sure, paste this code into the theme options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

header.is-sticky .action-bar, header.is-sticky .action-bar div{
  background:black !important;
  color:white !important;
}
