Unable to update Layer Slider

Hello I havent been able to update Layer slider for a while, no problems with other plugins,

Did the license check here - http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Only registered on one website

Please help.

    Hi,
    Please disable all of the plugins, then deregister the license key from
    your dashboard, then check through the API tool I sent you in the
    previous reply if this license key is not still assigned on your
    website, if it is, please deregister it.
    Then, register it on your website again and try to update this plugin like 3-4 times (with all of the plugins disabled)
