I cannot take a look on your page because of 'Coming Soon' mode enabled.
But, I noticed that you don't use the latest version of BeTheme.
This behavior was a bug from the theme, but it's fixed right now - so, please update the theme to the newest version to resolve that problem.

The update fixed the issue with the sidebar.
One question - I noticed that the product name is missing from the single product page.

Do you happen to know what settings I need to adjust to get the product title to display??
