Can't update layer slider

Hello,

again I am not able to update layer slider. All other updates are fine except layer slider. There is no problem with the license key.
I follow the instructions how to update the plugins but I get an error "package not available".

How can I solve this problem.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hello,

there is no problem with the license key. Also the last version of betheme is installed.

Deactivate all other plugins has no effect to update the revolution slider, still the same error.

It has to be something else.

Please disable all of the plugins, then deregister the license key from
your dashboard, then check through the API tool I sent you in the
previous reply if this license key is not still assigned on your
website, if it is, please deregister it.
Then, register it on your website again and try to update this plugin like 3-4 times (with all of the plugins disabled)

I already tried this, it doesn't work. There is Always the same error package not available.

With the previous update of layer slider I had the same problem for weeks,

So again, it has nothing to do with the license key and it has nothing to do with the plugins.

Please get into your server via the FTP, then get inside that location and remove the /revslider/ folder completely.

I disabled all of the plugins and the update ended succesfully.

I think that problem is related with the WordFence - but we do not support that plugins.
