purchase code fail on migration

Hi, there,
I have just migrated the site from the temporary http://bosonepalace.linkovda.it/ to the final https://www.hotelbosone.com/.
Before doing this operation I have deregistered from http://bosonepalace.linkovda.it/ the code as per indications (for correctness the code is f276a3d7-******-******-****-**********1863).
I tried to register the new code on https://www.hotelbosone.com/ but he tells me that I have to delete the theme from http://bosonepalace.linkovda.it/.
The theme has been deleted from http://bosonepalace.linkovda.it/ but despite everything it is impossible for me to re-register the code on the new and definitive site https://www.hotelbosone.com/.
Please correct the error as soon as possible and give me feedback.
