White space under sub-header

Hello,

I added a background to a page of mine, however there is a white space between the subheader and where the content starts. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it. You can view the white space on this page.

Hi,

Please edit that page and scroll down to the "Options" section

Turn on the "Content | Remove Padding" option to remove that space.
