Lost styles and css details

Hi, I´ve installed be theme on http://riusoftware.com/riuprueba/ and it was working fine, suddenly all customization was gone, fonts, logo on header, colors, css codes don't work but the content is still there. We've already upgrade php to 7.0. http://riusoftware.com/phpinfo.php, here is the info of our server.

note: I´ve sent several e-mails for support and for some reason there's no answer to my questions. Thanks

    Hi,
    It's not possible to lose all of the betheme settings suddenly.
    Maybe, you had opened two pages on theme options and you were working on the first page all the time and at the end, you saved the options on the second page which had all of the old options.
    It's a really common mistake.

    Thank for your response, It can be possible except for one thing: I´ve been working on this website for 2 weeks, so if I lost data must be from that specific day. All setting frome theme reboot, even reponsive on. I´m afraid that happens again. I there anything I can do to prevent that? thanks

    Do you have some not supported plugins enabled? - maybe they can be the source of the problems.

    Also, did you ask the hosting provider about backups?
    Maybe they did a backup day or a few days ago - you could restore all of the lost data.
