Broken Menu Functions

Something hosed the menu function. It destroyed the existing menus I had already built and won't let me add new menus at all.
I hadn't updated to new 5.1 yet when the menus stopped working. I updated versions of everything after that, but it still didn't fix the problem.

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    I am unable to manage menus in the Appearance > Menus
    I have changed from what is usually Normal in your menu/header selections to Simple so that the menu isn't unformatted in the header.

  • This is very unnusual, the menus are not present and cannot be created?
    Have you tried disabling all plugins and then trying again?
    It could be the cause. If this does not help, we recomment reinstalling Wordpress in the update tab.

  • No. I cannot create new menus. I ran through each plugin one by one. Reinstalled wordpress, and reinstalled your theme. Still the same problem persists. I cannot create and save, or allocate menus.
    I even updated PHP settings to better meet your specs.

    We were on your website, and this problem is not theme related.
    On the theme named "Twenty Nineteen" the problem persist, we also reinstalled WordPress, and it does not give any effect.
    You should contact your hosting provider, he should take a look at logs and recognize the problem.
