404 Error Page not Showing Menu

I have created a custom page for 404 and assigned it in the Betheme "Theme Options" and when viewing and testing a 404 occurrence the main menu fails to appear. There is a blank space where it should be but it does not render the menu. When I assign a page that does function properly as the custom 404 page in the Betheme "Theme Options" that does function properly, the menu does not appear as well. Keep in mind that the page does function normally as a non-404 page.

I'm sure that it is a simple setting that I have missed somewhere.

Sorry, not the menu ... the whole header including the logo.

Hi,

Unfortunately, even the custom 404 page does not have menu included.

You would have to create it in the Muffin Builder first.

I suggest, to create a custom sidebar (Theme Options > Sidebars) and providing the Muffin Menu widget inside that sidebar (Appearance > Widgets), then on 404 page add an item named "Sidebar Widget" and attach this sidebar.

It should display the menu.

Not a great solution, why not just set the option to display the page like several plugins do. I was hoping to reduce the number of plugins on the site ... guess not.
