Do lemme know how can i place the WPML flags at the top right of the page ( near social icons in action bar)

I used the code above to move my WPML flags, but the language switcher displays in a weird way after that. However if you scroll down, then the language switcher become normal again.
How can I make the switcher to appear normally again while it is moved to the action bar? Thank you in advance!
