Slogan shows on desktop but not on mobile

Hi

I have just been adding a link to subscribe to my newsletter using the slogan from the action bar.  It works fine on my desktop but does not show on my mobile.  I also have email address and telephone number in the action bar which work fine on both devices.  I have looked at the responsive settings to see if there is an option to switch off the slogan there but I cannot see anything.
