Responsive Site

Hi,
I build site on your BeTheme, and you can see it on this link - https://www.solence-web-consulting.de/

When I finished all on Desktop version, I checked on mobile and site is not responsive. I also check on your documentation and saw part "Responsive > General, and turn on responsive". That is fine on my Admin panel. But still problem to see site on Mobile.

Can you give some advice or help to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

Turned off all, Cleared Cache and on 2 mobiles I see same problem.

Does this problem happen when you turn on the parent theme?
As can I see, you're using the Child Theme right now.

But, if i make some custom changes on Original Theme, i will loose every time i Update it... Doesn't that right?

Yes, if you've made some changes to the parent theme, then while updating a theme to the newest version, then you'll lose them.

But, if you made customizations on the child theme, then you'll not lose them - that's why the Child Theme was created.
I suppose that responsive problem can be related to the customizations, that's why I asked you to change the theme - also, you can update the parent theme if it's not up to date.

You have to find which one of your customizations is making problems to your website.
Sorry, but I do not know what could make a problem because I do not see your code, also we do not help with the theme files customizations.
