How to Replace Very Old Version of BeTheme with New One

I inherited a client's site that is using BeTheme Version 10.1, which I believe is very old.  There's nowhere in the theme settings for a license key or to prompt it for an update that I can find.

I'm currently getting a Fatal Error for the theme/website, so I purchased a new license so we can get the current version.  HOWEVER, I really don't want to lose all of the customizations that have been made to the currently running older version of the theme.

Can you assist me in making this transition?  The site is www.kellermandental.com

    Hello Dustin,
    first of all, please make a copy of you website so if anything goes bad, you can revert.
    This is a very old version, but the update shold go thru.
    What you need to do is this:
    1. Disable all plugins
    2. Go to your FTP and remove the theme folder completly.
    3. Update wordpress to the newest version
    4. Make sure that the hosting has PHP version 7.0 or greater installed.
    5. Install the newest version of the theme

    Well, you will have to go thru theme options and thru all pages to fix those formatting issues. The theme changes a bit from version 10, there are a lot more option in the theme options and in the muffin builder.

    If you cannot find something please ask away, but I can see that you should start with font sizes and padding values in the builder.
