An error occurred while updating Betheme

Hi

I am getting this error message when I try to update the theme:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

You have version 20.8.4 installed. Update to 21.1.2.

I also have issues using bundled plugins.

Can you help?

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Hi

I only have one website attributed to this theme but the url I want it assigned to is gnostone.com not http://gnostone.apps-1and1.net.

It is asking me to delete all theme files to deregister the code from the site url I don't want it attributed to but I don't know how to do this without affecting or removing site content and design.

Hello Amy,

this is 1and1 hosting generated address, please contact your hosting provider and ask him how to remove the theme from that domain, then you will be able to deregister it from the license tool yourself.

Hello I have the same error:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I did move a web site to new domain and forgot to de-register, now I de-registered both websites as per your instructions and registered again on a new site and still get the same error.

please advise!

It updated now...

I don't know if something was done or registering/de-registering needs some time to settle.
