I purchased the WPM plugin, The site is currently in Italian and I want to translate into English.
It's possible to create a home page, only for the English language?
how can I translate the menu?

Yes it is possible to create Homepage only in English.
You can create menu for other language like normal WordPress Menu. You will find language switcher at the top bar in your dashboard.
