You can use the "Button" item.

Just change the "Link Target" to lightbox and provide a link to the video.

You can insert a link to video on your hosting, it will work too.

Upload the video in the WP > Media then copy and paste the link to that item.

Sorry, my bad.

In the 'WP > Media" mp4/ogv videos you have to use the popup feature instead of lightbox.

Just copy that code into the "Column" item

Which parameter is responsible for the sound? My video is silent.

To be honest, it's the lightbox too.
This code I sent you allows you to display more things in the popup than regular "Button"
Also, this video does not have sound, even if I open it on the browser.

Right. This video has no sound. But that's also the test page and just a test video. Are there parameters for the volume?

This is the only way to do it without uploading the video on youtube/vimeo.

If you want to make it display in other way, you have to upload it on one of these websites first or by inserting it on the website, not popup.
