  You want to display the third-party plugin's menu or just to display a menu somewhere on page?

  Unfortunately, we do not have any place where you can provide the shortcode to display custom menu.

  All I can suggest is using the "Blank page"(it will hide our menu and footer) template of website and then to insert the shortcode in the "column" item which will be in first section of the website to display the menu.
