Site Broke : On using any element having image supported.

Hi,

I have been using 'Our Team' element to add clients data, you can see fields in [Links visible only for registered users] . I am sure that during initial 7-8 elements listing, site was working fine, but as i continued to add elements, page broke showing various warnings and notices. Then various elements in backend at end stopped displaying in front page even.

Then I created another Clients page : [Links visible only for registered users] , here I used 'image' element and again here also site broke. But since this is my site's main menu page, I removed those elements responsible to break page.

The page : [Links visible only for registered users] is my testing page for bug reporting to you.

I thought for once that this might be due to slug '/clients/' since 'clients' is betheme's custom post type and I have disabled this CPT fo our custom requirements. But on changing slug also, it remained broken.

Our site i going to be live next week, it would be really appreciable if you reply with solution as soon as possible. I would like to use 'Our Team' element.

could you please send us screenshots of the warnings/errors you are receving?

Please make sure you are using PHP version 7 or greater.

Yes php version is 7.1 .

Hi,

Please change the theme to the parent theme and check if the issue still exists.

It looks like the problem related to your modifications.

I don't think problem is due to child theme as child theme is only having some css. But error is in this paid theme's file : /betheme/functions/builder/front.php 's several lines for 'key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array..', 'undefined index:attr', etc. [ I think it needs some more checks to be written]. This cannot be possible with theme having only css modified.

Still I activated parent theme, cleared cache and issue persists. As I cannot keep parent theme active for you to see, I toggled back changes. See : [Links visible only for registered users] (You can see this screenshot of active parent theme and compare with current active child theme's coloring in header and can see they are different).

Please analyze issue little more deeper and reply back.

Hi,

Credentials have been written and sent through Contact Form.

You must be knowing but still I need to tell you to not to do anything on main pages of site. Our site is going to be live soon.

You can make another testing pages. Also, you can modify page : [Links visible only for registered users]

Hi,

Your PHP_Max_Input_Vars value is too small (1000)

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing this value to 5000, then save your page again.

Everything will be working fine then.
