Horizontal menu in footer

Hi,

I would like to have a horizontal menu under the footer widget area. Menu for privacy policy, terms.

It seems to me that I can just add menu to a footer widget and only vertical - that's not what I want.

I want the menu to be below the footer widget area and be horizintal.

Could you please help me out?

    You can recreate the footer to make it look like the horizontal menu with simple html (using the <a> tag - https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_a.asp)

    I mean, let's say: create the 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 footer and in every row (every 1/4) insert the "Custom HTML" widget where you will insert <a href="linktothepage">Privacy Policy</a>.
    Then it will look like the horizontal menu.

    Indeed, the "Muffin Menu" widget allows only to display the menu vertically, and it cannot be changed,
