purchase code says its not valid

I tried to use item code and it says its not valid. I know its the correct purchase code.

Hi,

Be sure that your code does not have any blank spaces or typos.

Also, be sure that your theme and wordpress is up to date (Download the latest package from the themeforest profile)

If the code will still be not working, you should contact the envato support team.

We do not handle with the license keys, it's all managed by envato.

It doesnt have any spaces or typos. I have purchased 4 times and this is the only 1 out of the 4 that doesnt work. I will contact them. Thanks
