in http://masonandstone.it there is a slider revolution with audio but not work, i tryed add audio file with wordpress's shortcode but in homepage not work..in all other pages yes, like here https://www.masonandstone.it/mason-stone-studio-legale-tributario-2/...the pages have same content, they are identic

Hi,

It's not possible to turn on the audio with the autoplay option.

In almost all of the browser it's disabled by default .

This is blocked by the browser and we cannot help you with this issue.

Also, this second website audio is not working, probably you enabled the sound on that page in your browser settings.

ok, but i don't understand because in my site, when a page become homepage it losing its content! only the Revolution Slider is visible and without the audio element

Do you mean that blog posts are no longer displayed?

Did you want to have your posts visible on the home page?

mm no I set a static page for Homepage.

I don't understand because in my site when the page is set like homepage not show all content..example: this page https://www.masonandstone.it/mason-stone-stud…ale-tributario-2/ when become homepage lose the audio element in Revolution Slider and the audio element that there is in page like a content

I do not understand - also, the link you sent is not working.

You lose content (like text, audio block etc.) when you assign it as a homepage?

Or you just care about the sound which 'should' come problem Revolution Slider?

then I have a problem with assign the sidebar in page..I choosed the sidebar layout but I can't choose which sidebar to import

Sorry, but I do not see the problem.

I've added the content on your "Home" page and it works fine.

It displays the 'Audio" (which does not come from our theme) and content added in the theme options.

Even if I changed the page to that "legale-tributario-2" everything works fine.

Sidebar does not work, because you didn't select the sidebar on the page (while editing it)

I've created the MuffTest sidebar with text inside and it works fine.

Sorry but.. did you see the page without log? there isn't nothing visible at the user..only the Rev Slider (without the audio element) The following image show the differences:

You're using two caching plugins (w3 total cache and sg optimizer), they were not working correctly, because it's really necessary to use only once caching plugin.

Also, it's a not good idea to use the Cache plugin when you're building the website.
After purging the cache with the sg optimizer everything is working fine - the problem was related with the caching plugins.
