Action Bar only on separate Pages?

Hi, 

I activate the Action Bar on my Website. But only on separate Pages I can see the Action Bar? 

With the wrong color (white): https://www.womensnetworkinglounge.de

What could be the Problem?

    I only see the correct Bar on all Pages when I'm logged in the Backend!?

    Hi,
    Please removr whole custom css and switch to the parent theme.
    It looks like the problem is related with not correct theme modifications and incorrect css rules.

    Also, it's not a good idea to change the color of the action bar using the CSS.
    You can change this color in the theme options.
    Theme Options > Colors > Action Bar

    Sorry, I deactivated this for an hour. Now is is available. 

    Now its only on the Homepage invisible. On the other pages it is visible. 

    I Don´t have some CSS for the Action Bar. Only separate for the Icon Size.
