Editing the sidebar text in blog pages imported with Copywriter pre-built website

I have selected a sidebar for the blog pages 

two of my previous posts have been imported into the blog posts section along with some pre-built samples.

There is content in the sidebar:

Our Mission 
Categories

I'd like to keep these but I can't find where the text in that sidebar is specified.
I've been searching all day. Without luck.
