Issues with Theme

when I add section more than 9 it automatically hides those (after 9th section) sections. However, they are present at the backend but does not show at the front end.

I have imported the following demo -

The other issue, I am having is.. I cloned this page and tried to make changes in it but never saves anything.

I tried deactivating all the plugins as well to see if there is any conflict, But nothing worked. ***//" data-userid="685832621193547776" data-orgid="685832621197742081">*** // I am having issues adding more section to the page.
