Cannot Update Home Page or Widgets! Please Help

Is anyone else having an issue saving changes to their website?

When I click "Update" it just says "Saving" and spins and spins, but never quite saves.

This is only happening on the Home Page, and the Widgets section.

I tried duplicating the page, changing the name, and making the changes, and it still didn't work.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, do you use the Child Theme? If yes, please switch it to parent.

Same problem here... tried to do everything as you said but no changes at all... Still can't save changes on home page.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is
offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to
contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page
is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Please install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/

Some plugins will not work properly with the gutenberg, so it will display the classic editor instead of Gutenberg.

Try to save the home page with this plugin activated.

I have installed and activated classic editor plugin, but now I keep getting error 403 every time I tried to save the changes... I will try to get in contact with hosting provider...

This website is not using the BeTheme (https://www.studio4web.com/)

We provide help only with the website which uses our theme.

Also, did you contact the hosting provider?

It's was some kind of misunderstanding.... I taught you asked me about hosting provider (https://www.studio4web.com/) web page... I already gave you link to my web page , it's https://nsmedjimurjecakovec.hr/

they said they have turned off Modesec for our web page, so now everything works again.

Hello Pablo!

The issue was partially resolved when I actually Disabled the Classic Editor Plugin.

I cannot update anything in the "Our Services" section on the Home Page, and I still am unable to update any widgets in the footer section. The website with the issue is:

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html
errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
