when trying to add a link off the website, it includes the my website url in it when clicked

I am trying to link people to other websites I have built. when I put the url in as a link it icludes my whole site url in it which leads to a 404 page.

for example, i want to link people to www.paleobelle.com. I put the link in the url field inside muffin builder. and hit save.

then I go to the website to test it and when I click on the link it takes me to www.attraxios.com/paleobelle.com ...

How do I resolve this issue?
